small conversations going on....

throughout the place....

you even join in on a few...

jumping from one to the other...

this kind of thing tends to happen...

after a meeting of topics....

everyone is jovial ....

laughing and enjoying snacks....

what a wonderful meeting ....

now we can share things we haven't 

because it's been awhile since we've seen each other(some of us) ...

A close friend that you see at least once a week....

is talking to a few others about.....

something you had not yet heard....

You say....wow...that's great ...you are going to be there!!!!!

(nothing but a look as they continue on)

A few minutes later...That's so cool you're going to be there....

So am I......

(nothing but a look as they continue speaking)

You go on to  another conversation..which is a nice one....you enjoy

then happen to be walking by....a few minutes later....

and your friend is still talking about what she is going to do.......so you say....

That is so cool..I am going to be there too....

(nothing)

Question is?? If you weren't so rudely interrupting anyone else at the gathering, then why would your friend so rudely ignore you? OR was it the other way around?? 

I understand we all want to be heard and want the respect given in return "but" when you are in a place that has an over abundance of conversation and switching of subjects, one intervening into the next .... one may feel disrespected by not being given a simple "yes" and or even being added into the conversation.                                                                                                        TMB.                     FEED BACK WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED..♥

We love the Photos we take....our beautiful painted canvas....the drawing that from a simple circle became a masterpiece.......All in our own hearts we love all that we have created...... 

When we share....... we look toward others to "See & Hear" us.....

Detox Tea ♥

 Jillian Michael's 7 day bloat loss detox.

60 oz of purified water
2 tablespoon's lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar free cranberry juice
1 dandelion root tea bag

Summer is quickly approaching and there are some of us that may want to slim down. In my case I would like to in any weather ;) Well it has been a long winter , in Michigan!! 

My favorite activity/ exercise is nature walking. So a nice cool drink to take along that I know is going to help can be an extra bonus.

There is no need for exercise with this detox drink and I like the fact that it is a simple recipe with 3 ingredients!!!!

I am definitely going make this my daily drink because I want to feel better about myself and I hope that if you decide to use this all natural recipe that you do it out of self love as well. 

We all want to feel comfortable in our own skin so to speak.

Like any diet formula it is choice to try and from what I have researched this one works ;) I know what your thinking....but...it's always worth a try and all natural......... good luck ;)

Connecting Hearts ♥

Whether near or far.. we can share love with another...

connecting hearts with a loved one,a friend or even a stranger and sending love directly from your heart to theirs is healing in it self...

Hugging the one in need by giving them love from your heart can be the best gift they have ever received....

this love being shared from you is God's, the Great Spirit and/or Mother-Father Gods love... The light that is in your heart is your God like self, that is love.. The love that is pure and that we can give and which not a heart one would deny.... ones heart shall not deny Love when given...

This love is a blessing.. a gift to be given freely...by choice for you to give...

A distant family member or friend that needs a hug that you are to far away to give but wish too.... connect hearts with them.. send them Love...

this will reach their heart and fill it with love...

A friend on the other side of town, is crying and its after 2am...you are out of gas....connect hearts with them...send love...

Focus on the love, feel it as you send it...it is warm and vibrates with high energy the more you send, the more you focus...

Keep sending...spend all the time you wish....if this person is on the phone or computer...ask them how they feel...or maybe they will tell you.

The next day you could ask how they feel if you spent time in private connecting hearts with them....

Remember the time and ask if they felt something...

You will feel surprise and  relief at first but the more you do this, the better you will feel and what blessings to know how easy it is to show someone that you love them ♥ 

Once you see how well it works you could give love to someone you may not know but see that their day is not going so well....we see this a lot!!

Connect hearts with them and if you have time...look for a result.. ;)

I did this with a young lady that had been yelling at her daughter all through the store.. it was unnerving to me, so i connected hearts with her and 10 minutes later she was telling the cashier how sweet her daughter was while laughing and seemingly refreshed...... Sounds like Love to me ♥

My Personal Journey ♥

I went to "Journey" class today with Shaman Joe.@ Affirmations Davisburg 
Of course I had set good intentions before I went always wishing for the greater good result. Being a desire of mine for a long time and asking for this in many ways such as prayer by journaling and mantra.
Excited to finally "see" "envision" something and another bonus would be to meet a spirit guide and even see a loved one that has passed on ♥ 
This turned out to be a bust for Tonya!!

Part one confirmation...
With the message given to MaryJo regarding what I can do, she was told to tell me to draw....which I do as an art!! Thank You♥

Part 2 confirmation- Matt  and I had a long talk about my block..yes block..which can be hard to understand when he see's what I create in my art but I don't envision it first in my minds eye!! After over 2 hrs. we concluded that I must continue to draw in order to cut the fine line between seeing and not....

I came away from this disappointed in myself, a little lost but a lot inspired!! I "Know" this will come! I "Know" it is there!! I have faith, belief and trust that I have this gift!

The experience itself was incredible and Shaman Joe was exactly what everyone said he was, a very spiritually wise man and I was honored to meet him. 

In closing, May we all find peace in knowing that we have special gifts that present themselves now or later. Standing in gratitude always in success or failure..LOVE & HUGS ♥

Zentangleing

This is a creative art called "Zentangle" that I have fallen in love with ♥
A meditative art that you not only draw...but...it draws you in while you are creating it. 
As you get lost in each line and circle it seems to keep you so focused that soon you have completed your masterpiece.
It is very hard not to sit and finish one because the patterns seem to flow out of you and you want to keep that flow.
There are over 1,000 Zentangle designs all of which are open to use. New patterns are created everyday! You could create the next!
Adding color makes it even more interesting by imagining what color and if the whole thing should be filled or just part of it.

You can find many examples on line. Zentangles are truly more popular that people may think, they are more spiritual than anything and are along the lines of a Mandala. I love working on both but have mainly focused on the Zen!!

Believe and Affirm

Number 9 being the number of Completion !!can work the miracle(s) you look for in your life. By either being given or creating your own 9 Mantra(s).
 "A mantra is a sacred verbal formula that you repeat 3 or more times aloud during prayer".
As you repeat, your dreams and desires out loud, you are speaking them into the universe which is Affirming that it is Done. 
By repeating these Mantra's 3 times a day we affirm that this is what we desire to happen in our life , we affirm that we are true to what we need and ask for. By practicing our prayer and showing our faith in positive affirmations we also ignite the Law of Attraction. What we put out into the universe with our thoughts and words comes back to us in the way that we put it out!!
If we want Positive that's what we put out! The same goes for Negative if we choose to put it out into the universe.
It is always your CHOICE to do so ♥

Healing through your Feet

This very detailed graph is a great guide for rejuvenating the body!!!

The best part is...ANYONE can do it and without a degree..

I wouldn't go opening a business or anything but for your family and friends, sure why not. (as long as you ok w/feet)

My husband felt great for days afterward and I basically rubbed his feet with no special pattern.

Look at all of the areas you can help just by rubbing it out  on your foot. 

This you can do for yourself, which isn't as nice but will work ;)

I would suggest using you favorite lotion or a scented lotion for getting the aroma therapy as well. You want it to be smooth but not slippery.

Be careful if you are Diabetic or working on someone that is because their feet have more calcium build up which isn't a real good idea to work on if so. A good massage would work though ;)

With SINUS and ALLERGY season upon us I thought this may be a good time to share. RUB your TOES..lol
